Refund Policy
Cancellation Regulations
Each reservation has been done and has been confirmed or have made payment in full or in part, may make changes to the schedule and/or the number of participants or the cancellation of the following conditions:
Postponement
- Schedule changes made up to 7 days before the event, cancellation fee of 25% of the total estimated cost and there is a package of transportation and hotel costs, will be aligned with the policies of the transportation service providers and hotels.
- No later than 6 days to 4 days before the event and not an emergency (force major) will be charged at 50% of estimated cost except transportation and hotel costs, will be adapted to the policy provider transportation and hotel managers.
- Maximum period of postponement schedule is 3months. When there is no confirmation within 3 months period, or there is no check- in activities, therefore the bookings/ reservation are cancelled and there will be no refund.
Cancellation
- Cancellations made after confirmed until 7 days before the event will incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the normal price, unless there is a package of transportation and hotel costs, will be aligned with the policies of the transportation service providers and hotels.
- Cancellations made 6 days prior to 4 days activity (activity date) will be charged a cancellation/no-show charge of 50% of the normal price, except for transportation and hotels at 100%.
- Cancellations made 3 days prior to activity date will be charged a cancellation/no-show charge of 100% of the price deal or the price of package, for transportation and hotels at 100%.

Refunds
- If guests have already made payment in ful! and/or part, the remaining funds after deducting the cancellation fee will be paid no later than 7 days after the activity.
- Refund will only be paid through a designated bank account.
