Reservation Status

At the time of the reservation, guest status is WAITING LIST. Required minimum deposit of 50% of the total cost for adjustment of status to CONFIRMED

Terms and Condition Participant

Terms of the number of participants isas follows :

  • Week days, at least 5 people, if less than 5 people still can work with full pay for 5 people.
  • Week end, no minimum unless a particular package corresponding price list.

Confirmation & Down Payment

Confirmation and payment of at least 50% down payment made no later than 3 (three) days after making the reservation or fourteen (14) days before the day’s activities.

Repayment

  1. Full payment is required no later than 7 (seven) days prior to day activities.
  2. Any reservation that has been CONFIRMED to be issued a letter of confirmation signed by the guests and sales officer.
  3. Any schedule changes or cancellations after CONFIRMED otherwise be charged a cancellation fee in accordance with applicable regulations.

Payment Method

Payment can be made by cash, debit card (Visa/Master), credit card (Visa/Master), check/bilyet on behalf of institutions (not private) or paid/transfer via BCA No. 2863033276 on behalf of PT. Bramanta Wana Parahita. Receipt of payment must be sent via fax or email.

Payments are considered valid if all of the funds have entered into our account.
